Tracey Ryan (Centre Director)
Tracey is a trained Primary School teacher, holds a Diploma of Teaching and Certificate in Childcare, and she currently teaches the Music program at St James Primary School. Tracey was born and raised on the Tweed but loves to travel and has seen quite a few cities around the world. She has worked and lived in London, North Carolina USA, Sydney and Newcastle in her teaching career. Tracey has a passion for kids and is responsible for introducing the ‘Capturing Kids Hearts’ program into schools in the Newcastle Region.Tracey loves to exercise and swims regularly at Greenmount beach. Her latest passions are her Great Nieces and Nephews (William, Isaac, Alex, Olivia and Hugo).
Hi my name is Shinade. I am 21 years old and am currently studying a bachelor of secondary education at Southern Cross University. I also work at Banora Point primary school as a teachers aide in a kindergarten class. I love to play sports, including hockey and live an active lifestyle. I also love to travel.
Hi my name is Kave. I am 21 years old and 2 years into my Primary Teaching degree at Griffith university. I enjoy being around children and believe in them having fun in school holidays while in a supportive and nurturing environment. I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children who are a part of Capturing Kids Minds OSHC.
Hello my name is Collette. I am a Primary trained school teacher and graduated last year. I have two children, Phoenix, who is 7 and Arabella who is 6. I love living in the Tweed and especially love our beautiful beaches. Additionally, I have a passion for the Arts and also love chocolate (naturally)
